Small Group Leader

Small Group Leaders are the driving force of our student ministry model. They meet with their small groups weekly and their job is to make InsideOut incredible by creating  fun and helpful small groups. Every group has two or more Small Group Leaders. We provide all the training you need to equip you to be the best Small Group Leader you can be!

Production

Production volunteers play a key role in shaping the impression students have of church, faith, and their Heavenly Father. This invaluable group of volunteers helps pull off an unforgettable large group experience. Each week's bottom line is communicated through hosting, games, music, video elements, and a message- all with the goal of setting students and leaders up to have great discussions in their small groups. Production volunteers typically commit to serve at least one year.
