Part 1: The Inescapable Ought
There are times we know we ought to do something, even when there is no written rule. That's because there is an “ought to” that stands outside of you and over you that didn't originate with you.
We don't have a responsibility to predict what God is up to. But we do have a responsibility to help meet people's immediate needs.
New starts bring along with them new opportunity. As our church launches into a new season, we have the opportunity to be a part of all the new God is going to do in the hearts and lives of those in our community.
When integrity gives way, something collapses and people get hurt. That's why your integrity needs to hold up—even if it costs you something.
