TRANSIT WEEKEND - LEADER LINKS
We’ll make it happen. They can go ahead and register like normal and then in the pre-camp email (about a week beforehand) there will be a link to complete the “Time Away Form” and that’s what they’ll use to let us know their plans for pickup / dropoff.
Pro-Tip: Let their parent know to coordinate with you beforehand too. You'll be at various locations around town throughout the weekend and they need to come to you.
Yes, they will use the same registration link to join the "waitlist" but everyone will be added to the Registered List before check-in on Friday, so they can plan on attending! We just have a few steps to complete internally before we move them.
Pro-Tip: Make sure you have an extra seat or two open in your vehicles to accomidate late adds!
Most meals are taken care of by your Host Home. Please coordinate with them for any specific needs before they go shopping for the weekend. Our team will also inform the Host Home beforehand if they indicated the allergy on their registration form, but it doesnt hurt to double check. We can work with most allergies if we know beforehand and can share ideas about how to do this easily. Talk to your Groups Director for assistance!
Saturday Night Dinner is provided at WC and will have allergy options available.
Parents can also indicate the request or allergy on their registration form.
