We’ll make it happen. They can go ahead and register like normal and then in the pre-camp email (about a week before departure) there will be a link to complete the “Time Away Form” and that’s what they’ll use to let us know their plans for pickup / dropoff. 

Pro-Tip: Let their parent know to meet you at the Flagpole for pickup / dropoff. Its a good central location that is easy to find at Camp! 

Yes, they will use the same registration link to join the "waitlist" but everyone will be added to the Registered List before departure, so they can plan on attending! We just have a few steps to complete internally before we move them. 

The camp kitchen is really accommodating for dietary needs. We can usually send a sample menu to parents beforehand and inform the kitchen staff of most special requests before camp. Talk to your Groups Director for assistance. 

Parents can also indicate the request or allergy on their registration form.
