A little about us.
CALEB MORGAN | Program Director
Caleb and his fiancé Alyssa have both lived in GA since 2017. Even though he grew up in the church, he didn't think he'd end up working at one. But the more he led worship and hung out with the students at Woodstock City, the more he began to realize his heart for students. He hopes that no matter where someone finds themself, TLR can be a place where they take another step in their faith journey. He loves basketball, sweets, and movies (send some recs). JAKE WILLIAMS | Director
Born and raised in Dublin, GA, Jake has a passion for helping students discover an everyday faith and trust in Jesus. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Georgia, he decided to forego his plans to attend medical school and instead earned a Masters in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. Jake loves Cracker Barrel, pickleball, and long walks on the beach. He would love to connect with you!
JOE THERIOT | Resident
From Indiana, Joe moved to Georgia in May 2023 to do the two-year Northpoint Residency Program. Currently getting his master of Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary, Joe wants to go into Ministry full time. He loves God, people, and Taco Bell. Catch him with a cheesy gordita crunch and a baja blast every Sunday.
JORDAN CASTARDI | Project Manager
Jordan is a local Georgia girl. She started following Jesus when she was in college at Kennesaw State University, so her heart for college students to know Jesus is a personal one. At KSU she studied marketing and was in Phi Mu sorority. Her and her husband, Steven, have 2 awesome kids, Zaiah and Collins. Jordan loves a good coffee mug, reading, thrift store finds, making sourdough, and attending to her garden. She would love to meet you!
KAITLYNN FIERBAUGH | Groups Director
Kaitlynn - also known as KP - is a Georgia native. Her and her husband, Jarod, live in Marietta with their 2 fur children, Luna and Pepper. Jarod and Kaitlynn both have deep roots at Woodstock City Church and believe in how God is using it to inspire people to follow Jesus. She graduated from KSU with a Bachelor's in Communications and attended The Living Room during her time in college. Now that she's a TLR staff member she considers it a massive privilege that she gets to help create the same type of belonging that TLR offered her as a student. She would love to connect so feel free to reach out!
MERCY OLIVA | Intern
Mercy, born and raised in Villa Rica, Ga, is a psychology student at KSU graduating in December 2024. Mercy started to attend TLR her sophomore year of college. While going through rough seasons in life, she found that having trust in Jesus helped her through it. Because of these challenges, she wants to inspire other people her age that anyone can overcome anything if they trust God. Going into college, she never would have thought she had a passion for serving people her age! Outside of work and school, you can catch Mercy at home cuddling with her cat or at the gym.
