THE TLR TEAM BIOS
A little about us.
JAKE WILLIAMS | Director
Born and raised in Dublin, GA, Jake has a passion for helping young adults develop a mature and growing faith in Jesus. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Georgia, he decided to forego his plans to attend medical school and instead earned a Masters in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. Jake joined the TLR team in 2024 and now lives in Roswell, GA with his wife, Caroline, and their yellow lab, Betty. Jake loves Cracker Barrel, pickleball, and a local coffee shop. He would love to connect with you!
JORDAN CASTARDI | Groups Director
Jordan is a local Georgia girl. She started following Jesus when she was in college at Kennesaw State University, so her heart for college students to know Jesus is a personal one. At KSU she studied marketing and was in Phi Mu sorority. Her and her husband, Steven, have 2 awesome kids, Zaiah and Collins. Jordan loves a good coffee mug, reading, thrift store finds, making sourdough, and attending to her garden. She would love to meet you!
LORI SANTARONE | Project Manager
Lori grew up in Tucker, GA, and is a graduate of Georgia College and State University. She met her husband Wes in Milledgeville, and they have 2 daughters, Gracie and Abi.
Lori began attending North Point Community Church in 2005 and moved to Woodstock City Church in 2016. After spending many years at home with her girls and working part-time in Cherokee County Schools, Lori joined the Transit Team in 2023 as a Project Manager and then transitioned on to the TLR team in 2025.
When not at Woodstock City, Lori loves working out, reading, pool days, hanging out with her family, and traveling.
SARAH KOEPPLINGER (SK) | Design & Media Manager
Sarah (SK) grew up in Huntsville, AL. She studied Graphic Design and Music at the University of Mobile. During her summers in college, SK served at multiple church plants around Las Vegas, where she specifically engaged with unreached college students. After graduating college in 2023, SK worked on staff at the University of Mobile, where her passion for equipping college students first began. She moved to Georgia in May of 2025 to join the staff here at The Living Room. When she is not designing graphics or crafting installs for TLR, Sarah also leads worship at different campuses across North Point.
Outside of work, SK enjoys crafts, making lattes, traveling, photography, and spending her free time either at the gym, reading a good book, or scrolling Pinterest.
NICK HARTZLER | Resident
A true Texan at heart, Nick is from Houston Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agriculture economics. After working ranches for a couple years, Nick decided to pursue ministry in Georgia, where his soon-to-be wife, Kemper, lives. He will be graduating with his masters in Biblical and Theological studies from Wheaton College in May of 2027.
When Nick is not at the church, he loves to cheer on the Aggies or the Houston Astros (sometimes the Braves), hunt and fish, cook, and work with his hands.
BEN BLAKESLEE | Intern
Ben loves Georgia— he’s lived there all twenty-one years of his life. Originally from a cozy town named Coal Mountain, Ben developed a heart for Jesus through his upbringing at Brownsbridge Church. Currently enrolled at KSU, Ben is studying Philosophy with plans to earn his Masters in Divinity and pursue a career in ministry.
Ben loves writing music, going to the gym, and spontaneous adventures with his friends. If it’s your first time walking through our doors, Ben would love to meet you!
DYLAN MITCHELL | Intern
Dylan is a Canton, GA native and a graduate of Sequoyah High School. He played football growing up, and sports have stayed a big part of his life… on the field, behind a camera, or keeping up with the game.
Dylan joined Woodstock City as an intern on the SPD team before making his way to The Living Room team, where he's excited to invest in the lives of college students.
When he's not at the church, Dylan loves staying active, finding the perfect shot, and claiming he doesn't have a sweet tooth (until someone puts Butter Pecan ice cream in front of him).
