Guest Services - Sundays | 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
Creating experiences to help our adult guests grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Roles 

  • Parking 
    Help offer guests a safe parking experience with a warm welcome, clear directions, and a fond farewell.
  • Guest Experience Teams 
    Help create a personalized experience for our guests by welcoming and assisting guests at any point during their time with us on Sunday.
  • Auditorium Team 
    Help guests find great seats and remove obstacles or distractions so guests can more easily engage with our Sunday Service.

Six Weeks–Pre-K

Waumba Land  - Sundays | 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
Helping preschoolers discover God in a fun and engaging way. 

Roles

  • Small-Group Leader
    Connect relationally with a group of 8-10 preschoolers and their families.

  • Buddy
    A Small Group Leader who connects relationally to a child who needs one-on-one support within the classroom setting.

  • Worship Team
    Leads preschoolers in interactive worship in the classroom and in our large group environment.

  • Bible Storyteller
    Bible Storytellers present the Bible story in an engaging, creative way to the children in our large group environment.

  • Host
    The host helps capture the attention of the children and make transitions between worship and the Bible story.

  • Tech Team
    Tech Team volunteers are responsible for technical support for our large group environment, which includes audio, video, and lights.

  • Guest Services Team
    Guest Services volunteers help create a family’s first impression of Waumba Land. These volunteers work in one of several roles, including greeter, guest registration, and guest hosts.
K–5th Grade

UpStreet  - Sundays | 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
Helping elementary-aged children discover God in a fun and engaging way. 

Roles

  • Worship Leader
    Leads kids with energy and enthusiasm to worship God for who He is and what He's done. 

  • Storyteller
    Communicates the Bible story and Bottom Line in such a way that it becomes unforgettable to a child.

  • Special Needs  
    Providing a safe, caring environment where children with special needs learn about God's love for them. 

  • Small Group Leader
    Connects relationally with 8 to 10 children to speak truth into their lives and celebrate spiritual growth.

  • Greeter
    Makes the first impression by guiding parents and kids through the check-in and security process so they feel welcome and safe. 
Middle School

Transit  - Sundays | 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
Helping middle school students discover a faith of their own.  

Roles

  • Small-Group Leader
    Each Small-Group Leader is key in shaping the spiritual and social bonds that connect middle school students. Beyond Sunday mornings (through events, group outings, and frequent communication) Small Group Leaders and students form an intimate community where trust is central.

  • Guest Services
    Creates a safe and welcoming environment to help calm nervous students and reassure hesitant parents. They gather the vital data they need to maintain strong relational connections with their students.

  • Production 
    Helps pull off an unforgettable large group experience so students discover and pursue a faith of their own. Each week’s Bottom Line is communicated through hosting, games, music, video elements, and a message.

  • Special Needs 
    Come alongside middle school students with their unique needs in mind by helping them experience Transit. Some may serve as Shadows by tracking through large group and small group with students who have minimal needs. Others serve as Room Leaders by assisting students with individualized care.
High School

InsideOut  - Sundays | 4:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
Helping high school students make the most of their High School years.   

Roles

  • Small Group Leader 
    Each Small-Group Leader is key in shaping the spiritual and social bonds that connect students. Beyond Sundays (through events, group outings, and frequent communication), Small Group Leaders and students form an intimate community where trust is central.

  • Production 
    Helps pull off an unforgettable large group experience so students discover and pursue a faith of their own. Each week’s Bottom Line is communicated through hosting, games, music, video elements, and a message.

  • Guest Services 
    Create a safe and welcoming environment to help guide and support students, parents, and guardians. Guest Services volunteers gather the vital data needed to maintain strong connections with students, monitor the environment and hallways to keep students safe, and help serve food after small groups on special Sundays. 
College-Age Adults

The Living Room  - Wednesdays | 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
At The Living Room, college students gather to worship together, hear a relevant message, and have honest conversations about life and faith. 

Roles 

  • Small Group Leader 
    TLR Small Group Leaders are an integral part of creating a home away from home where college-age adults can belong. Their investment creates an environment where students can grow in relationship with Jesus while experiencing community with each other. 
  • Production 
    TLR Production volunteers help create an irresistible program for college students to ensure The Living Room feels like home. They play an invaluable role in fostering an environment for students to experience spiritual growth and connection.
