Are you ready for the most exciting winter weekend? IO WKND is back again! All campuses will be meeting for 3 exciting sessions at on the weekend of February 9. We will have worship, small group, free time, and engaging content all about relationships. This is an event you don’t want to miss.

Our main sessions are held at North Point Community Church, and small groups will spend the night in host homes.

Regular Registration: $185 through January 30

Financial Assistance:

We offer financial assistance to families who need help due to a financial hardship. After the team reviews your application, they will determine if your student qualifies for a reduced rate and the amount. Our funding is limited, so a reduced rate is not guaranteed. Apply here. 

PACKING LIST & SCHEDULE

WHAT TO BRING

In addition to what you would normally bring to a weekend away, pack these items: (Sessions will have a clear bag policy for in the auditorium)


PACKING LIST: 

    • Theme night costume (Theme announced soon!)

    • Sleeping bag and pillow

    • Change of clothes for Saturday and Sunday

    • Clothes for free time (check with your small group leader for activity details)

    • Bathroom items (toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, etc.)

    • Bath towel

    • Athletic shoes

    • Bible, notebook, pen

    • Spending money (optional)


SCHEDULE

Event Check-In: Friday, February 9, at Woodstock City

Event Pick-Up: Sunday, February 11, at your host home

You will receive an email prior to IO WKND with your specific check-in time, host home address, and more detailed schedule. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where will my student be staying?

Students will be staying in Host Homes with their small group and small group leaders throughout the weekend. You will receive an email the week of IO WKND with the address of the Host Home for your student’s small group.

Will there be a medical professional at IO WKND?

Yes. We will have an EMT present during the main sessions. 

How do I cancel my registration?

Cancellations must be sent via email our InsideOut project manager and confirmed with a response email. Cancellations made before registration closes on January 30 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after registration closes will not receive a refund.

 

Please contact InsideOut if you need to cancel your student's registration. 

What if my student has a food allergy?

Please indicate any allergies in your student’s registration. We will do our best to accommodate your student’s food allergy throughout the weekend.

Does my student need to bring anything for IO WKND?

See the packing list above. 

How will parents be contacted in case of an emergency?

Someone on staff will call the phone number you provided when you registered your student. We will provide you with a main staff contact for IO WKND the week of the event, along with additional information about the weekend.
