Group Night Out

Wednesday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m. on the East Lawn at Woodstock City Church.

We look forward to worshiping, serving, and taking Communion together on the East Lawn at Woodstock City for Group Night Out!

The lawn opens at 6:00 p.m. for you to grab dessert and coffee and hang out with your group. The event begins at 7:00 p.m.

Through Be Rich, groups will also have the opportunity to create family hygiene kits for Convoy of Hope to help families affected by natural disasters.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Group seating is on the east lawn at Woodstock City Church.

  • A circle will be designated for your group with enough space to comfortably social distance. Each circle will be separated by at least six feet.
  • Please wear a mask on the lawn in all common areas. Feel free to remove your mask while you are seated with your group.
  • Communion elements will be provided for your group in the center of your circle.

Bring with you

  • A chair or blanket to sit on
  • A face mask

Dessert, coffee, and bottled water will be provided.

Do Not Bring

Instead of signing up for a Be Rich service project, we would love for your group to join us in supporting Convoy of Hope. Groups will purchase supplies for hygiene kits to support families that have been displaced by floods or natural disasters and bring the supplies to Group Night Out to put together and deliver. If your group opts in, your leader will receive an email with purchase instructions. We will also be logging your serve hours for you.

If finances prevent your group from purchasing supplies for Convoy of Hope, we will provide supplies for an alternate service project at the event.
